Jayne Byler,
Pastor

Jayne Byler became our pastor in the fall of 2017. She is a native to the area, but lived in Ohio most of her life. Stahl is the fourth congregation she has served as pastor over the past 31+years. She has discovered her roots run deep in the Allegheny Mountains and is making her home here again. She is a graduate of Eastern Mennonite University, studied at Eastern Mennonite Seminary and has an MDiv degree from Anabaptist Mennonite Biblical Seminary. Her passion for those who have experienced brokenness in life comes out of her own life experiences where God has remained faithful despite difficulties. She is a follower of Jesus and makes his life, teachings, death and resurrection the foundation of her faith. She has a love for the Mennonite Church and all it can offer the world in its message of reconciliation, love, peace and community. She would love to sit and have a cup of coffee with you and talk more about your life, or whatever is on your heart and mind.
